Receipt Voucher (F6)

A Receipt voucher is a type of voucher which is typically issued by a certain business or an organization upon receiving payment in cash or check during a business transaction. In some cases, a receipt voucher is used as an alternative of printable receipts.

Any money received from debtors against sales Invoices or on Account and for all transactions where money is received are accounted or entered into Tally. ERP 9 using the Receipt Voucher.

Method of Adjustments:
Advance:This method is used to payment or receipt without any previous due arisen to the party
Against ref:Is used for adjustment against any exiting dues.
New ref:Is used for creating any due
On Account:For lump sum amount
